Production begins shortly after purchase through our trusted production network.

size changes;
shipping address changes;
cancellations

may no longer be possible once production has started.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

8. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and delivered through trusted production and logistics partners.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

Velocing cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

customs inspections;
carrier delays;
weather conditions;
public holidays;
natural disasters;
transportation disruptions;
inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
