Shipping Information

At Velocing, every order is prepared with care to ensure you receive a product you'll love.

Because each item is produced specifically for your order, a short production period is required before your package is shipped. This approach allows us to maintain high quality standards while avoiding unnecessary overproduction.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders worldwide.

1. Order Processing

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, it enters our production process.

Orders are typically prepared within 2-5 business days.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, production may require additional time.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that placing multiple orders does not guarantee that they will be processed simultaneously.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Once production is complete, your order is shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country, local customs procedures, and the shipping partner assigned to your order.

Typical delivery estimates are:

Destination

Estimated Delivery Time*

United States

3-7 business days

Canada

5-10 business days

United Kingdom

3-7 business days

European Union

4-10 business days

Australia & New Zealand

5-12 business days

Asia

5-12 business days

Rest of the World

7-20 business days

*Delivery estimates begin after production has been completed.

These timeframes are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

If you do not receive your shipping confirmation within a reasonable period after production, please contact our Customer Support team.

4. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before placing an order.

Please review your information carefully during checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately.

While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once production has begun or the order has been dispatched.

Velocing is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

5. International Shipping

Velocing proudly ships to customers in many countries around the world.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import procedures, local taxes, customs duties, or other government-imposed fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and, unless otherwise stated, remain the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

6. Customs Delays

Customs clearance procedures are outside our control.

While most shipments arrive within the estimated delivery window, customs processing may occasionally result in additional delays.

Velocing cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

7. Delivery Delays

Although we work with trusted production and logistics partners, certain circumstances may affect delivery times.

Examples include:

  • severe weather conditions;

  • transportation disruptions;

  • customs inspections;

  • peak holiday seasons;

  • carrier operational issues;

  • strikes;

  • force majeure events;

  • local delivery restrictions.

Whenever possible, we will assist customers in tracking delayed shipments.

8. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, products may occasionally be shipped separately.

This allows us to dispatch products as soon as they become available rather than delaying the entire order.

If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments initiated by Velocing.

9. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our team will work with the shipping partner to investigate the shipment.

A package may only be considered lost after the carrier has completed its investigation.

Where appropriate, we will work with you to determine a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

10. Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • checking around your property;

  • asking household members or neighbors;

  • contacting your local delivery carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact us.

While we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we will review each case individually and work with you toward an appropriate solution where possible.

11. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of an order or declines to pay applicable customs duties or import charges, the package may be returned or destroyed by local authorities.

In such cases:

  • original shipping costs are non-refundable;

  • return shipping costs (if applicable) may be deducted from any eligible refund;

  • customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

12. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.

To help us investigate your claim, please provide:

  • your order number;

  • clear photographs of the damaged product;

  • photographs of the packaging;

  • a brief description of the issue.

Our Customer Support team will review your request and work toward a fair resolution.

13. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include photographs of the item received along with your order number.

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate solution.

14. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances such as:

  • repeated failed delivery attempts;

  • refusal to accept delivery;

  • failure to collect the package;

  • incorrect delivery information provided by the customer;

additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.

15. Shipping Restrictions

From time to time, shipping to certain countries or regions may become temporarily unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier limitations, regulatory restrictions, or geopolitical events.

Velocing reserves the right to suspend deliveries to affected destinations until service can safely resume.

16. Responsibility After Shipment

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation rests with the carrier.

However, if issues arise during transit, Velocing will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in communicating with the carrier and seeking an appropriate resolution.

17. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, shipping partners, legal requirements, or customer experience improvements.

The most recent version will always be published on this page.
